Terri L. Morgan became the new principal at St. Kateri School in Irondequoit Aug. 1, replacing Sister Kay Lurz, SSJ, who retired at the end of the 2017-18 school year.
Morgan previously served as an administrative intern and kindergarten teacher at St. Lawrence School in Greece. Prior to that, she taught preschool and kindergarten at Seton Catholic School in Brighton.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego and a master’s degree in elementary education at Nazareth College, and she is currently working on a master’s degree in education leadership at the Warner School of Education in Rochester.
