To celebrate his birthday, St. Mary School seventh-grader Ryan Hubler, and several of his classmates, embarked on an “Amazing Race”-style scavenger hunt through the streets of Canandaigua Oct. 26. Teams of tye-dye clad students started at the school and then stopped at more than a dozen local businesses looking for clues before finishing the race at F.F. Thompson Hospital, where they gave flowers to staff and patients.
