Students enjoy Catholic Schools Week

National Catholic Schools Week, which began Jan. 25 and ends Jan. 31, is a chance for Catholic school students and staff to celebrate faith and learning. All over the Diocese of Rochester schools held special events and found festive ways to showcase school spirit.

In the photos below, All Saints Academy students in Corning volunteer at Meals on Wheels; St. Kateri School students in Irondequoit hold a special prayer service; Holy Cross School students in Rochester have a roller skating party; St. Louis School students in Pittsford perform “Pirates, the Musical”; St. Agnes School students in Avon read with their reading buddies; and St. Joseph School students in Penfield take part in a Catholic Schools Week Mass celebrated by Bishop Salvatore R. Matano.
