There are various entities within the Diocese’s 12-county area that provide health or patient care within the Catholic tradition. These include St. Ann’s Community, an assisted-living and senior care community; comfort-care homes that provide compassionate care for those near death; and Catholic Charities Family and Community Services provides coordination of care to help people of all ages and all walks of life live independently with dignity while facing challenges such as aging, mental illness, and HIV.
