Student representatives from Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Rochester gathered at Rochester’s Sacred Heart Cathedral May 3 for a Teacher Appreciation Week and May Crowning Mass celebrated by Bishop Salvatore R. Matano. Students processed into the cathedral carrying flowers and their school banners, which were placed around a statue of Mary. Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2-6.
