The Teen Angel/Project N.O.E.L. program, an annual effort of All Saints Parish in Corning, has provided gifts for nearly 170 people in need.
According to Marie McCaig, project coordinator, the initiative involved donations of money and gifts by parishioners as well as other local individuals and businesses. In all, more than 1,000 gifts were wrapped while members of the All Saints youth group, which McCaig directs, stuffed stockings. The gifts were distributed to individuals and families of all ages.
“You will never realize the impact your kindness has had on so many lives,” McCaig wrote in a recent parish bulletin notice thanking all who supported the project.
