Close to 60 high-school-aged youths from around the Diocese of Rochester gathered Aug. 13 at Notre Dame Retreat House in Canandaigua to participate in a diocesan retreat. Titled “Tune In: Listening, Learning and Loving with Jesus and Mary,” the retreat featured prayer and reflections, small group discussions and fun activities related to the theme, which is based on the “Four Ls of Life” (listen, learn, love and live) frequently cited by Bishop John S. Bonnici.
Bishop Bonnici celebrated Mass with the young people and led an informal question-and-answer discussion with them during the event.
