Theology on Tap, a discussion series aimed at Catholic young adults, will offer sessions at the Creekside Inn, 6071 E. Henrietta Road, Rush, at 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
Wednesday, Oct. 6: Sister of St. Joseph Patricia Schoelles, president of St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry in Pittsford, will discuss “Am I Allowed to Think? A discussion on Catholicism, conscience and more!”
Tuesday, Oct. 12: Father Lee P. Chase, pastor of St. Thomas More Parish in Brighton, will discuss “Catholic Guilt: The gift that keeps on giving!”
Wednesday, Oct. 20: Marvin Mich, director of social policy and research at Catholic Family Center in Rochester, will discuss “Is There Such a Thing as a Catholic Vote? Faithful citizenship and the election.”
Tuesday, Oct. 26: Father Louis A. Sirianni, diocesan judicial vicar, will discuss “Till Death Do Us Part? A discussion on marriage, divorce, remarriage and annulments.”
Theology on Tap is free and open to the public. This series of discussions is cosponsored by the Diocese of Rochester as well as the parishes of Good Shepherd and Guardian Angels in Henrietta; St. Agnes in Avon; St. Rose in Lima; and St. Joseph’s in Rush.
