The Catholic Courier and the diocesan Office of Evangelization and Catechesis teamed up to present a Lenten cooking series called Theology on Tapas. On March 4, participants learned how to make parmesan and parsley-crusted tilapia. The series concluded March 18 with a recipe for sawdust spaghetti and beer breadsticks in honor of St. Patrick and St. Joseph. To learn more about Theology on Tapas, click here.
