Several events are coming up at Blessed Trinity/St. Patrick parishes in Tioga County.
The final days of a three-day book/rummage sale will take place Sept. 25 and 26 at the St. Patrick church hall, 300 Main St., Owego. The sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
A chicken barbecue is set for Sept. 19. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of St. Patrick Church. Tickets may be purchased at the church office. Delivery will be available to the parishes of St. John the Evangelist, Newark Valley; St. James, Waverly; and St. Margaret Mary, Apalachin.
And, on Oct. 10, the annual Memorial Luminaria Candlelight Service is scheduled for 6 p.m. at St. Patrick Church. This event honors the special prayer intentions of the parish community.
