Tioga County Rural Ministry assisted senior citizens in the Owego and Apalachin areas with indoor and outdoor yardwork at a total of 50 residences on Saturday, April 14. Ninety-six volunteers assisted including Binghamton University, Cornell, and Ithaca college students along with OFA Rotary Interact students and OFA boys’ lacrosse teams.
