Tioga County Rural Ministry in Owego recently received a grant of $1,500 from the Women’s Fund of The Community Foundation for South Central New York.
This grant will enable TCRM to purchase personal-hygiene products — items not covered by food stamps — for impoverished women in Tioga County. The Women’s Fund exists to improve and empower the lives of women and girls in the region.
