Festivities to mark the new home of Tioga County Rural Ministry are scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 143 North Ave., Owego. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 10 a.m., with an open house for the public lasting until 4 p.m.
The ministry opened Sept. 24 in its new facility after being at 60 North Ave. since 1983.
