St. Patrick Parish in Victor soon will add another Mass to its slate of weekend liturgies.
The parish already holds weekend Masses each Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and each Sunday at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Starting Sept. 11, the parish also will offer Mass each Sunday evening at 5 p.m.
Father Edison Tayag, pastor, hopes the new Sunday-evening Mass will be especially attractive to youths, young adults and families with children who participate in sports programs. The parish’s youth group will meet immediately after the 5 p.m. Sunday Mass, and each youth-group meeting will begin with pizza and soda.
