A free workshop for those interested in providing transportation to non-driving older adults will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 15, at Lifespan in Tops Plaza at Lac de Ville, 1900 Clinton Ave. South, Rochester.
Volunteers — who can set their own hours, select a geographic area in which to work and receive supplemental accident- and liability-insurance coverage — will drive older adults to their doctor’s appointments.
