To the editor:
Having seen so many flags at half-mast recently, I was struck with the thought that it would be apropos if Monroe County Catholics viewed them beyond their intent. How would it be to imagine that those symbols were intended to commemorate the lives lost by the Slaughter of the millions of yet-to-be born innocents.
Shame on the Diocese for paying so little attention to our carelessly chosen representatives who champion these deaths as a “right.” The choice has always been there — Vote them out!
With so little attention given to theses matters, perhaps the pulpits should be symbolically moved to the left side of the altar.
