Knights of Columbus Council No. 4618 in Webster is conducting its 11th-annual “Coats for Kids” fund drive, which will run through the second week of November.
Money raised is used to purchase new winter coats for children in need. Since the fund drive’s inception in 2012, 2,532 coats have been distributed through approximately 23 charitable organizations, schools and churches in Monroe and Wayne counties.
To make a monetary donation, send a check made payable to Knights of Columbus #4618 to Coats for Kids c/o J. Stewart Coon, 230 Champion Ave., Webster, NY 14580-3464.
