If you're organized, efficient and have experience in accounts receivable and data entry, you might be a great fit for the Circulation Coordinator position with the Catholic Courier and El Mensajero Católico newspapers.

The Circulation Coordinator maintains a subscriber database of nearly 100,000 households and prepares monthly mailings of the Courier; invoices and processes monthly payments for parish and individual subscriptions; and oversees email databases for the two newspapers' various e-newsletters. S/he also will serve as editor of an annual directory and coordinator of an annual charitable campaign.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and database systems; accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail; the ability to independently generate and effectively use circulation and accounting data; organizational skills, teamwork and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks; maturity and sound judgment. High school diploma required; some college/business school preferred. Prior accounts receivable/bookkeeping/accounting experience also strongly preferred.

Successful candidates will need to pass a background check and commit to a code of conduct.
