Becoming Eucharistic People

As the Catholic Church embarks on a three-year Eucharistic Revival, Holy Spirit and St. Joseph Churches in Penfield are offering an adult formation study called “Becoming Eucharistic People”. It will be based on the book by the same name, written by theologian Timothy P. O’Malley. The book will be provided for all participants for advance reading each week.
The first session at 7:00pm on October 10 will be in-person in the St. Joseph’s Learning Center, with an introductory talk by Father Jim Schwartz, pastor. The following five sessions are on Zoom, October 17 and 24; November 7, 14, and 21. Each week will feature a teaching video by Father Schwartz or Nancy Veronesi, St. Joseph’s Director of Worship. There will be time for worship and praise, small group discussion, and sharing in the large group.
