Journey in Anti-Racism

Paying tribute to Black History Month, the Racial Justice Team at St. Rita Parish is hosting an educational talk by Sister Colleen O’Toole, RSM, titled “Journey in Anti-Racism.” Sister O’Toole’s talk will cover her journey as a white Catholic growing in anti-racism, her experiences attending the Institute for Black Catholic Studies, her perspective on what Catholics and the Catholic Church can do to address racism and gifts of the Black Catholic Community. All are welcome to attend this talk. The talk will also be streamed via the St. Rita website/Facebook page. Light refreshments will be served following the talk in the narthex.
