Prayer Vigil for Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz

Church of the Assumption in Fairport is having a prayer vigil for Rochester Police Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz, who was shot and killed while on duty on Bauman Street in Rochester on July 21, 2022. Following the vigil, in the parish’s Great Hall, there will be an ice cream social in honor of Officer Mazurkiewicz’s life, his commitment to his community and to console and offer comfort to his family. All are welcome to attend the vigil and social.
