SNAP-Ed New York Nutrition Class

Tioga County Rural Ministry is hosting a free SNAP-Ed NY Nutrition Class called “MyPlate on a Budget”. Educator Caitlin Mizerak will teach about focusing on low-cost healthy food options that are nutritious and easy to prepare from each food group. The class will be Jan. 18 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Tioga County Rural Ministry.
