St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Festival

The St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Rochester is hosting its annual Ukrainian Festival August 18-21, 2022. There will be Ukrainian food: Varenyky (pierogies), Holubtsi (cabbage rolls), Ukrainian sausage and Borshch. There will be Ukrainian arts and crafts, such as embroidery, ceramics, amber, Easter eggs, paintings, icons and jewelry, along with Ukrainian folk dancing and entertainment. There will be interactive rides on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and church tours on Saturday and Sunday. Before the start of the festival on Sunday, there will be the Divine Liturgy (Mass) in the church to pray for peace in Ukraine. Admission to the festival and parking are free.
