More than 200 pro-life advocates gathered on Good Friday, April 2, for the Stations of the Cross in Reparation for Abortion, an annual procession which starts with a prayer service at McQuaid Jesuit High School in Brighton and ends with a prayer for life outside a nearby abortion clinic. Among those in attendance were diocesan priests, deacons and women religious who took turns carrying a large, wooden cross down South Clinton Avenue. Participants prayed and sang between each station, recalling the passion of Jesus.
