Members of Boy Scout Troop 195 observed Memorial Day by placing thousands of flags at the graves of veterans in Rochester’s Holy Sepulchre Cemetery May 25. The Scouts placed 5,300 flags as part of their annual Memorial Day America Flag placement project.
