December 7 is the Feast of St. Ambrose, the 4th century bishop of Milan. In honor of the saint's feast day, Mark Capellazzi, project coordinator for youth and young adult ministry for the Diocese of Rochester's Office of Evangelization and Catechesis, has made an Ancient Roman Honey Cake.
