St. Benedict Parish is transforming the lawn outside St. Mary Church in Canandaigua into a pumpkin patch.
The “Pumpkins for Heaven’s Sake” pumpkin patch, located outside the church at 95 N. Main St., will feature a variety of pumpkins and gourds available for sale as well as activities for children and families. The patch will be open between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day from Sept. 26 through Oct. 31. Proceeds from pumpkin and gourd sales will benefit the parish’s youth-ministry program.
